Diane Bergschneider founded the company in 2008 based on the belief that systematic work systems and processes will deliver better business results and clinical outcomes.  Her core values and concepts of a systems perspective, that focuses on results and creates value through an empowered workforce and engaging leadership can provide the necessary agility to meet the competitive marketplace needs.  Using a toolbox of techniques and tools coupled with extensive experience and industry knowledge, Diane is able to assist organizations become better performing.
